These prestigious and high-profile awards, presented at the Top Houston Women in Technology Gala, honor individuals who embody leadership traits that are helping to strengthen and transform Houston area companies. Award winners must be committed to diversity and inclusion programs, a supporter of AWC and a visible, positive role model.

The AWC Leadership in Technology Award is presented to women who demonstrate proven leadership qualities in their company and the larger industry and who professionally have made and been recognized for significant career contributions. They must also have a record of mentoring and helping other women cultivate professional success.
